It looks like the four largest US banks are using are either using Six Sigma or Lean in their businesses. Can anyone validate the info below?
BofA Six Sigma and Lean Company wide
Citibank Six Sigma and Lean Company wide
MorganChase Six Sigma and Lean Company wide
WellsFargo Six Sigma and Lean Company wide
If one of these banks are not using it company wide, are they using it in pockets?

I have been using WF for about 5 years now and I can say the level of customer service for “Me” has been great, and they are always striving to improve how they communicate and continually upgrading the web page for friendly “Customer” use. So its apparent to me they are using some metrics to try to continually improve.
For years I used local home banks and found that with my busy life and travel it was just a better choice. I will say that using BofA before that was interesting, very conservative bank.0February 4, 2009 at 12:51 pm #180577

I was hoping this Ken Feldman guy would chime in, it looks like he cant keep a job and might have worked at all of these companies.
