    Can someone point me in the direction of information regarding the fair market value of a BB (with direct reports) that works in OpEx and is a direct report to a plant manager in a mfg. facility employing 300?  The location is rural MidWest.

    Can you just post it here? I’d prefer not to provide my personal email address for various reasons but I’d very much like to see what additional information you have. How does it differ from what was previously presented?
