I m looking at understanding salary benchmarks in India for six sigma roles – BB, MBB & QL, especially from service industries like BFSI, IT, ITES (offshoring/outsourcing) and 2006 data.
Is there anyone who is aware of any such survery report or agency which will be able to provide this information, please
    Thank in advance,

GB – 2 to 3 year of exp @ 3 to 4 Lacs CTC Per Annum
BB – 5 to 8 Years of exp @ 8 to 10 Lacs CTC per annum
MBB(Head Quality Role) – > 10 years of exp @ 15 lacs CTC per annum.
All are approximate salaries and may differ based on the industries.
    I mentioned abt services(ITES / BPO) Industry.
