Brian PauquetteParticipant@Brian-PauquetteInclude @Brian-Pauquette in your post and this person will
be notified via email. We are a small print/mail organization (about 200 people) within a larger corporation and are implementing Six Sigma. We have a quality & training team of 4 people and management has asked why they would need to give up personnel from their functional areas for BB training as opposed to having all BB within quality & training and manage the projects from there. Intuitively it makes sense for me to have operational people certified as BBs, but I am looking for other thoughts.
0December 19, 2002 at 7:20 pm #81624Finance does not need to give up any people for BB training. (Unless of course they want to implement SS in their area). Just tell them SS is not a spectater sport. If they want SS support, then they need SS training.
(Nothing like a team of experts out side my department comming into my department making changes I don’t want, don’t understand, or I won’t support).
