    Does anyone know of companies who have been able to effectively use visual boards in a Call Center/Transactional environment?

    BOA has them all over the place. They use TV screens which display all the key metrics of the call center and provide real time feedback and data.

    AOL, Intuit QVC, SNBC and HSN utilize them as well.

    Jodee, be careful – while I was doing time at BofA, I saw them being used as weapons as well as tools.
