Any one from DTH industry or know about DTH industry and willing to share benchmarking for various metrics invloved in it. We dont have data to have data based benchmarking or neither we can do strategic benchmarking as we dont have competetiors as of now. Only option left is process benchmarking, can any one help me with this

I am looking at benchmarking for customer facing metrics, like subscriber retention %, increase in subscriber base per year, churn % and many other which are related to DTH industry. Let me know if am still not clear enough, i can aplogize again as what else a learner can do to the masters
0June 6, 2006 at 11:11 am #138686You are absolutely clear, thanks. I think you can use usual set of metrics as mentioned by you and where benchmark is not available, you can start to use your company strategic plans (customer increase, retention could be easy without competitors, etc..).
I suggest also to analize old studies about mobile phones introduction years ago, or some satellite TV more recently.
