I am starting to review processes within opertional teams with the intention of implementing quality assurance controls. I am referencing Six Sigma methodology as my approach. I would like some tips and also if anyone knows of a training course in London that is brief and punchy ?

I do not know of Six Sigma courses in London.Regarding your overall approach — it looks like you are interested in using Six Sigma as part of your “quality assurance controls” approach. Are you trying to improve your processes, or just trying to control them? Six Sigma (and related methods) are good for improvement, but requires good organizational support for improvement efforts. If you are NOT looking for improvement but just simple process control, there may be better options for you than full-blown Six Sigma.Let us know what your aim (purpose) is — that will help me and other posters provide you with other advice.

Implementing a Quality Assurance and Continuing Improvement Program into our Ops teams i.e. Improving operational processes [steamlining, automating, understanding customers requirements, analysing reports etc] and ongoing monitoring and controlling [tracking changes and testing of these, review new projects and implementing QA and CI measures surrounding these too]
Look forwarding to hearing from you.
