Best Realtime SPC Product

So far the best SPC product I have found is InfinityQS. I have found Zontec and WinSPC less reliable and InfinityQS more indepth.
Have you heard about their new eSPC product. I read an article about it in Supply and Demand Chain Executive and it looks really innovative.
 

We evaluated both InfinityQS and WinSPC via several webexes.  We liked WinSPC better because  it seems more configurable (i.e. easier to “link” to external db, easier overall setup) than InfinityQS while maintaining good audit trail and traditional SPC functionality.  We wanted to choose a software that we could setup on our own with as little customization/training as possible.  We’re proceeding with a more in depth evaluation of WinSPC now.  How did your evaluation go?

Thanks for the input.  I think the data input validation is probably pretty common across different packages.  We’ll probably address it the same way you currently are.  In our case, the main weakness we felt Infinity had was its ability to “link” to other db sources (e.g. via SQL).  In the webex, they admitted that was not their area of focus/expertise, and yet that is a big requirement for us.  I noticed in their new release they added API functionality, so maybe it’s worthwhile to get an evaluation license on their new release just in case.  I’ve played with WinSPC and it looks super easy to setup with an array of built-in reporting and querying functionalities, and so far it meet our needs just fine. 

Yes it does, but because this is a property that can be defined in any database (not duplicates).
By the way, we use SQL database also and it has worked fine for us.
Getting to know the technical side of dealing with database conections and settings can be a bit complicated at the beginning but it is not that dificult.
