Is it possible to be a green belt without certification? Just because sb has gained an experience in process management? Or you have to have a proper certification in order to gain the title?

    No!
The certification process is critical and necessary.
I have some experience doctoring my kids when they are sick.  Does that qualify me to take on the “Doctor” or “Pediatrician” title?

    Could you tell me:
What institutions in Poland are qualified to give such certification? Where to look for such list?
What are the requirements for the institution that should be met in order to be allowed to issue such certification ( for an institution)?

I’d try contacting Colm Doran   http://www.palomaconsulting.com .  He’s one of the links under Consulting on the blue bar to the left – he’s multi-lingual and definitely worth talking to.
    regards,
    Adam
