BP seems to have tried several solutions to stop the oil leak but in vain
Can the TRIZ pundits offer help ?
Or is TRIZ just ‘wisdom in hindsight’?
It is amazing that we talk so much about problem solving but when it comes to the crunch nothing really works !
Expert opinions are welcome
