    I am an old retired black (now gray) belt who is voluntering as a business counselor with SCORE- counselors to small business. Currently I am writing a training program to showcase DMAIC as a light duty tool business owners can use instead of the more common wack-a-mole approach. I cannot find a good business case study which could be used to involve them in wack-a-mole then transition to DMAIC. Would anyone have one that I could use or adapt? Thanks.

    I have many cases but I will never share with anybody because I have sent some cases  to persons who do not deserve such stuff.No respect ,feedback or appreciation????
