Business Case Without Too Much Data

Hi everyone,

I love this forum and have learned so much already. Thanks to everyone for sharing their thoughts.

Here’s my question: Does anyone have an example of writing a business case or project charter and summarizing the need sufficiently for the business to take action without the BB or MBB actually going through all the data gathering of defects to present the case?

Any help would be appreciated.
