Hi all,
Hope someons can give me some tips for the following;
We have a machine A that currently produces 2 products (product 1 and 2) in a shift. Both products are for different customers. Cycle time of product 2 is a little bit slower because of different assy components and raw materials. Reasons for line stops also differ for both products (more stops for raw mat feeder if product 2 is produced…)
Currently we measure OEE for machine A during the shift (1 OEE for both products), however that “feels” not correct.
What is best practice here? If i make an OEE for each product i am measuring in a too small timeframe i believe, exagerating the impact of an unscheduled maintenance for example…
And aren´t customers not interested in the OEE KPI of their product?Thanks!

be notified via email.Feel free to calculate per product but you can calculate per shift just fine.
