I have done many projects in the cath lab. One is posted in July, 2004 of iSix Sigma. It is about reducing delays. I also have experience in improving inventory managment in the Cath Lab. Is there something specifically you are interested in?

I am responsable for the manufacturing engineering team at Acist medical- we design and manufacture contrast delivery system- I am interested on performing a six sigma project utilizing the acist delivery system- any input in the matter???
