    Hello everyone,

Although I’ve been crawling through this site for about two years, finally I’ve come to a decision that it might be a good time to join it :). I love the depth of knowledge which is shared here!

I am a young quality engineer in Europian automotive company supplying the vast majority of OEMs with mechatronic components; currently closing my Black Belt project. Our company has made a decision to shift a higher gear on LSS level and gave a task to me to develop structure and lead the implementation of LSS activities. It is quite a job to get the buy-in from our management and have them on board (not just talking, but actually doing and supporting our effort).

Whoever willing to talk about burdens of LSS implementation and lessons learned is warmly welcomed. I do realize that it is not just about having people making projects, but more about the culture that supports specific data and proof driven approach. To chat about anything – PM me anytime!

I am looking forward to being a part of the community!
