I am doing a six sigma project for my college accoutning class. My prof did not explain exactly how you would go about setting up a six sigma plan. I am doing it for a small ski shop and would appreciate any help you could give me!! Thank so much!!

It would be easier to help if I knew a little better what sort of help you need. Are you doing a Six Sigma project in the ski shop, starting a Six Sigma effort, writing a paper about how to start a Six Sigma effort, or what?
If either of the last two, I’d suggest Lean Six Sigma for Service by Michael George as a reference.
