    Bigger than 30 employees.

    The accepted going rate for full time Six Sigma people is now 3% – at 30 employees you can have 1 person full time.

    Below 30 the numbers make it difficult to run projects and not always beneficial to run definitive change management programmes. Plus waste and inefficiency will be lower and customers are more likely to see you operating processes rather than functions.

    When less than 30 employees, try using the philosophy of Six Sigma rather than the practice – customer gets what they want without defect.
