    Hello,
My company is in the process of implementing continuous improvement for the warehouse operations.
One of the concerns I face as being the facilitator although I know the tools and methodologies for CIP, I need to train key process owners and members of the staff for CIP and for this training I am looking forward to material which is already compiled for CIP.
I looked across the web but could not really find training suitable for CIP in the timeframe of July. If you guys could please point me to any sorts of training for CIP/Kaizen that would be great.
    Thanks for replying in advance.
    Best Regards,
    Sumeet

Please apply your knowledge on PDCA or  DMAIC and logical common sense. There is no standard receipe for continuos improvement since it is depends on nature of process and the problem.

Keep it simple – basic data gathering; PDCA; process mapping; check out the original Kaizen book by Imai.  Ran warehouses and unless its an enlightened company the more technical your program the faster you lose senior management interest.
