Which control chart is best suited for larger subgroups >15 with unequal sample sizes? Thanks in advance.

Your control chart recommendation would be considered reasonable if the larger subgoups retain “rationality.”
Generally, as subgroup size increases there is an increasing likelihood of reflecting the influence of one or more assignable causes “within” subgroups rather than “between” subgroups. Such contamination can impact the control limits and alter the probability of false detection.
I give your advice to Chris a grade of B+. You might have gotten an “A” if you were more attentive to details and situational nuances.

People come to the forum to have a pleasant, courteous, candid and uplifting discussion. We can be passionate without calling each other names. What did I do UFO to be called what he called me? He does not even know me.
If you leave the degrading comments on it, we just refrain from participating to the forum or go somewhere else. The forum makes people visit your site and you know it.
