Hi, I am working on a cost of quality project for my theses and also for as a work project. I know the theory but I need someone who has done this in their company to give me their perspective on it. I am working in a service organization so I need service measurements please

Unless this is for a fifth grade thesis, I am a bit concerned that you would seek to get information from an online anonymous website rather than do some rigorous academic research. If you are working in a service organization and this is part of your work project then how about doing it yourself instead of asking for advice from a bunch of unknown strangers? Ask some specific and pertinent questions and you might get some decent answers. Ask for something this general and open ended and you will get the response that I am giving you….full of sarcasm and disdain.0November 18, 2009 at 3:35 am #186886
