We are currently conducting a training for Six Sigma here in our company in Saudi Arabia. Tomorrow is our second batch of training in which we need to apply the DMAIC Analysis. I’m having a hard time to focus on this as lot of job awaits for me. Anyway, my project is to Improve Costing Accuracy by Capturing Kilometers Correctly.
