    I have feedback from some odd 100 customers on 10 parameters for a client service for a single geography.The Parameters have been labeled from X1 to X10.The rating scale is from 1-7,1-Unsatisfactory and 7 being excellent.

    How to go ahead with the analysis and what model to use for analysis.

    please suggest the further approach.

    Are you serious? You went out and collected data and had no clue how you were going to analyze it?

    Ah, finally we are getting the posts that I was hoping for. Spending the bucks to collect all that data without first understanding how to use it and then coming on here for one of us to their work for them. Its Deja Vu all over again.

    I was always told that the way to get rid of a Quality guy was to send them off for more data.
