    Hi,
    In our company we do lot of customer surveys (internal and external) regularly. We want to have an index which shows the performance over the peroid. I want to calculate an index which considers the responses of indvidual questions, overall satisfaction and verbatim comments. Please give some websites, papers, or share the perosnal experience.
