    It has been about a decade (actually more on the pluss side of a decade) since I took Team Oriented Problem Solving (TOPS) training. During the training there was a tool used to track Corrective Action (CA). It was called a Paytner Chart (probably misspelled). Does anyone have a reference, spreadsheet, etc. that provides some information on this tool? (I have done a search on this site.)
    My email is [email protected]. Thank you for your help.

    Yes I did. I got a great example. Thank you for asking.
    I will any additional examples if you have something to share. I think it is a very basic tool that puts some discipline around monitoring the effectiveness of CA. For some reason it doesn’t get used much.
    Thanks.

    Sir ;
    This link might help assuming similarities between TOPS & 8D. http://www.qs9000.com/8D/ ( slides based document )
    It is better to check directly from this link :

    Don’t know if it’ll help you.
    Good luck.

    Mike,
    Have you found a Paynter Chart Template and/or any useful example of its application? If you do can you tell me where to get it?
    Thank you

    Hello, I just need to see more information about Paynter chart, so you have some examples of that?
     On the previous mail discussions there were one address where that chart should have been, but now that page is not available any more.
