SwaggertyParticipant@GeorgeInclude @George in your post and this person will
be notified via email.Does anyone have leasons learned or best practices that you can share on deploying a Lean 6 Office within HR? Our agency is looking at launching a Lean Six Office within HR, focusing on process improvement and integration, and I was wondering if anyone has tips or BP? Our executives are very much interested and there is buy-in. I have to do an executive briefing and would like to highlight some immediate areas that we can explore – HR functions. Any suggestions from fellow HR practitioners who use Lean Six, especially in the “HOW” area? You can email me at [email protected]
Thanks
