I am involve with a DFSS project for the first time and am looking for the best catagories to use to identify the design side of the fishbone/CE.
The group has been using the process catagories like machine, method, man, etc. but this has lead them to make this a DMIAC process rather than design. I have come up with Performance, Testing, Proceedures, Technology, Man, Manufacturability as possible bones for the fish but if anybogy has others that would help direct this towards design, I would appreciate the feedback.

I’d tend to add Components (the subparts that make the whole, especially those outside of your control).
