    Hi!

I have been searching for a simple tool which asociates the consumer risk with AQL sampling plan. Does anyone has any idea how I can get access ? A softcopy will be ideal.

    Thanks & best regards,

Refer the chapter “Acceptance Sampling” in any one of the following books,
    1. Statistical Quality Control by grant and leavenworth.
    2. Qquality Control and Industrial Statistics by Acheson J. Duncan

Download an evaluation copy of STATGRAPHICS Plus from http://www.statpoint.com. Go to Quality Control, Acceptance Sampling. It will do just that.

Juran’s handbook or any basic SQC text explains this clearly. Even the appendices of MIL-STD-105 explain it.
    Look under OC Curves.
