    There is no clear line between 6 Sigma and Kaizen.
    These are just something that are different between 2 approaches.
    However, I think it is still controversail.
                  Six Sigma                                             Kaizen
    1.      Breakthrough improvement              continous improvement
    2.       Top down                                      Bottom up
    3.       Systematic approach                      Conmon sense
    4.        Complicate tools                            Simple tools
    5.        Western culture                              Eastern culture

    Great comparison.  I will add that kaizen is typically of a shorter duration focused on the simple opportunities.  Six Sigma tools are typically more statistical in nature, and are aimed at eliminating more complex variation in a process.
