    Can someone help in identifying the differences in between 
    MIL-STD-105D & MIL-STD-105E or guide me on where I can seek assistance in this regard please?

    MIL-STD-105D has evolved into MIL-STD-105E. Both are acceptance-sampling systems developed by the military.
    A similar civilian standard is ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 as well as the ISO 2859.
