When i calculate Take time, i require available time. But what happens If the production line has operations With different uptimes. Should my available time be the bottleneck operation available time?
Example:
Op. 1, available time 3000 seg. Uptime 100%
Op. 2, available time 2400 seg. Uptime 80% (downtime due to cleaning and change oil)
Op. 3, available time 3000 seg. Uptime 100Demand 100 pcs daily
What is my takt time
