be notified via email.I work in Healthcare and am chartering an event to develop a process, policy, and form to address the rare situatiosn in which families insist on alternate diets for those patients at risk for aspiration.
Has anyone worked on a project like this? I was looking for some insight as to how to go about calcuating estimated financial benefits.
0July 1, 2011 at 3:36 am #191606I would suggest you focus on defining and quantifying the current state and the more desirable future state, as your business case will simply be the difference…the financial result is always a lagging indicator of your operational metric or Project Y. Ensure you include Fin/Acct early to determine a ROM assessement again after data collection and implementation….Good practice is to let them quantify and chamption the business case, as you want them arguing your financial case if necessary.
