I am currently enquirying the level of awareness and practise of the DMAIC methodology in Portugal. Would any of you be aware about companies, either big corporations or small or medium business applying the Lean or Six Sigma principles in their process improvement efforts ?
Any input will be valuable.

I follow from time to time the portuguese media and notice that the goverment agency are making a big deal about innovation. Therefore I was curious about knowing how it does translate in the private sector through the methodology.
Thanks again for your input.
