    Good morning All,
I am currently enquirying the level of awareness and practise of the DMAIC methodology in Portugal. Would any of you be aware about companies, either big corporations or small or medium business applying the Lean or Six Sigma principles in their process improvement efforts ?
    Any input will be valuable.

There is a manufacturer of luxury faucets in Braga, called Jado, and they have two trained black belts.

In Portugal, the use of LeanSixSigma is more restricted to big multinational companies either from automotive or pharma.

Many thanks for your feedback. I was enquirying about the application of the LSS as it is a source of innovation. I follow from time to time the portuguese media and notice that the goverment agency are making a big deal about innovation. Therefore I was curious about knowing how it does translate in the private sector through the methodology.
    Thanks again for your input.
