    hi,
     
    i am a non technical person . i want to understand DOE. Also can DOE be applied to a project like ”  Inventory management”. Please guide.
     
    Also what will be learnings from six sigma for financial services. how effectively can it be applied there? suppose i want to reduce the lead time of preparation of cheques or booking of bills etc. please guide.
