    I all,
I’m currently developing a DOE to study some parameters in a process (I’m not in a 6 sigma project but I think many of you are specialists), and I’d like to have your feeling :
    I have 5 inputs (x1, x2, x3, x4, x5) and 2 outputs (y1, y2).
    My process is : (y1, y2)=f(x1, x2, x3, x4, x5)
I know Minitab is able to analyze 2 outputs, but it will display separate models for each response.

I’d like to optimize the couple (y1, y2) instead of optimizing y1 and y2 separately : I want to find the best setting compromise to achieve improvement of (y1,y2).
[Not sure it is very clear ! L]
Do you know a way to do that ?
    Thanks for your answers.

Use a response surface design, you will find it in Minitab also under stat, doe, response surface

The following post, as well as the thread of which the post is a part, should answer your question.

    OK thanks for the answer.
Sorry, I didn’t see Response optimizer could be used with several responses.
    Regards
