What do YOU think? Why or why not? The more details you provide, the more likely you are to get a response.

The iSixSigma audience is helpful, but they like to see that someone is putting forth a good-faith effort. They are not here to do your work for you.

    Sure thing

Question 1. What is your definition of Organizational Innovation?
Question 2. Given your definition of do you think your organization is capable of innovation?
Question 3. If your organization is capable of innovation as you have defined it, do you think Six Sigma might help your organization innovate?
3a. If yes then how do you think it might help?
3b. If no then how do you think it might hinder?

@muhammadarsalan Robert Butler asked some good questions. If you can answer those with some level of adequacy then you will also need to be able to understand the other relationships. Change management – If I have innovation and can’t change then the point of innovation is not there. Effective training – not butts in chairs training. Training that is effective to the point that it enables change other wise there is no point to training.

Sustainability is a function of the strength of the relationship between innovation, training and change management.

    Just my opinion.
