does anyone one know any elearning software that can be run thorugh internet and can be downloaded from internet?

Hi Almasi: Are you looking for a elearning system so that you can create and develop your own content? Or is that you are looking for a particular elearning software?
As you put it a e-learning software is nothing but a mechanism to allow you to manage some content. Is this what you are looking for?
