This for one of the financial process, where in we receive lot of request from concerned stakholders for action via Microsoft Outlook mail. It so happen that sometime we miss on touching the mail item or it get deleted by mistake so the requst is lost / not actioned upon. Is there any mail management system available through which we can monitor how mainy mails received, actioned, replied, closed / open, case closed.

You may want to use a different solution to track requests. One alternative may be to use Sharepoint. Sharepoint has the ability to track and manage request, which will transition you off from an email-bound process over to a more robust enviorment from which you can pull reporting.
