Does anyone have experience with Moresteam’s TRACtion and engineroom applications?
Are they helpful (worth purchasing) for a LSS deployment?
Are there better tools?
Thanks!

You need to build the time into your deployment to have people understand the full functionality of the tools. That is not indigenous to the Moresteam products that is pretty much any software you buy to support a deployment.
The Moresteam company has been working with Six Sigma for about 2 decades so this is not a fly by night company. If I were you I would call in to the company and ask them if someone close to you was using their software and go see it in use.
They also have some simulations that are a lot of fun that you can take a group through that are great learning experiences.
Kathy Miller and Gabe Turk are marketing people you could speak with that could help you.
