I know that minitab is a very popular analysis tool for GBs, BBs, and MBBs and I’ve been looking at an alternative:

Does anyone have experience with Moresteam’s TRACtion and engineroom applications?

Are they helpful (worth purchasing) for a LSS deployment?

    Are there better tools?

    Thanks!

@aaronolson Yes I have experience with them and I like both. In terms of are they useful – they are but that is really up to you. You need to build the time into your deployment to have people understand the full functionality of the tools. That is not indigenous to the Moresteam products that is pretty much any software you buy to support a deployment.

The Moresteam company has been working with Six Sigma for about 2 decades so this is not a fly by night company. If I were you I would call in to the company and ask them if someone close to you was using their software and go see it in use.

They also have some simulations that are a lot of fun that you can take a group through that are great learning experiences.

Kathy Miller and Gabe Turk are marketing people you could speak with that could help you.
