    Hi PEX Experts,

    We have a telco program called Belong (powered by Telstra)… who wants to define ENPS.
    ▫️how to compute ENPS

    ▫️how different is Episode NPS (ENPS) vs. Interaction NPS (INPS). Also,what are the different types of NPS?

    @padmanshu Personally I think NPS is nonsense. It is survey data for a 1 question survey. The underlying assumption is that the NPS is correlated with revenue growth. I would check that correlation before I even put any faith in the metric.

    Try running your survey on the same group of people repeatedly and see how much the response varies.
