    Hello friends
I am faced with one practical problem. I need to correct one process, which employees destructive testing to validate the quality.
The two constraints are cost and time. Now, this destructive testing is quite expensive. So, I can’t take more than 2 to 3 readings. But, I have quite a belief, that the gauge R&R can be one of the important factors behind the variation of the process.
So, how do you think should I approach the problem.
    Waiting for your enlightening responses.

I doubt very much you’ll be able to complete a successful nested design with just 2 or 3 samples.  Take a look at http://www.keithbower.com he’s got some pretty good stuff on there about destructive GRR which could help get you started.
