hi, I am working in a distribution company dealing with automotive spareparts such as fan belts and oil seals. I have learnt about six sigma 2 years ago when I was doing my course for bachelor degree. Now here is my question, the company I am working in purchases automotive spareparts from the manufacturers and then we sells our products to retailers. I understand that six sigma is applicable to nearly all business. However, I am at a loss at how to begin. The first thing I can think of is to find out more in detail about six sigma, but I am not sure how to get started. If anyone can recommend me any book or any way to get started so that I can see how I can apply six sigma to the company I work in. Any advice is fully appreciated.
