Getting Started

I am fairly new to the quality world; I have had a few years of training in Six Sigma and LEAN (which is more of my focus) and I am trying to find ways to break in to this area as a career path. Any suggestions on how to do this? I have spent the last 10 years in sales and sales management where I have had the chance to be involved in a few front office improvement projects but my organization did not fully embrace any quality movement. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
