I would like to create a Go/nogo gauge for SPC – CP/CPK 1.33. How do i calculate the actual tolerances on this Gauge. Max / Min – the actual measure is Ø40± 0,5mm.

Poke a Yoke would be better than implementing a go-no gauge IF you can measure the length appropriately. Never turn a measurement system from variable to attribute–not a good idea because of a lack of information.
