I am registered to take Green Belt training program. The project I have in mind, is to reduce the number of remedy ticket initated by our end users. Thats all the metrics I currently have. The question I have, is whether or not this information is enough? When I go to the training do they help me analyze why  X number of tickets created? Let me know if I need any additional information before I step in the training class

Your Green Belt training, if it is from a reputable firm, should help you with your situation.  You should get training on the concept of Y=f(X) — Process Outcomes a Result of Process Inputs.  It is a fundamental concept of Six Sigma and any other methodology based on the scientific method.
If your  Green Belt training does NOT cover this concept, demand a refund, and them find a better training firm.
It is helpful to bring any other initial information you may have about the process, such as a process flowchart, basic volume information, or basic customer requirements of the process.
Ideally, your Green Belt training provider should tell you how much information to bring — has the training company been in contact with you about this?
    Best regards,
