I am building a 2-week Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training program for a large company in a service industry.  I am trying to identify what are the modules I should imclude in the 2 weeks.  So far, my thoughts are to cover Define in the ifrst 2 days (CTQs, VOC, SIPOC and VSM, charters, C&E Matrix, fishbone and FMEA), Measure on the next 2 days (op definitions, data collection, data types and distribution, descriptive statistics, MSA/GR&R) and then some project management and change leadership skills on the half-day of Friday.
I would then cover Analyze for 2 days in Week 2, Improve for 1.5 days and then control for about 1 day (wrapping up at noon on Friday).
I don’t have the details on week 2 worked out yet.  I am planning to deliver the first week of training in January.
Any ideas on what I am missing, or ideas on how to organize would be valuable.  I’d be happy to share my final agenda with the group.
    Thanks,
    Richard

Richard, take a look at eBooks on this site or go to the author’s website. You can get GB cheap. You are limited somewhat in your use of it by the terms of the license agreement but it may help you formulate your program.

You were good for a few days. See if you can make it a few years.

Is my post not directly applicable to Paul’s question?
Rather than continuing to give me grief why don’t you post a more meaningful answer to his question if you believe I’m off base?
    You’re the muda here.
PS: You never responded to my question of you about any reference to open source not being applicable to the question. Get back in the bushes you loser.
Paul, I apologize that you have to spend time reading this stuff. I’ve referenced a few people to the offerings in eBooks and this guy does nothing on this site but give me grief about it. I would appreciate if you would post your thoughts about the open source GB after you have looked at it, if you choose to do so. Then let me & this guy know if it was beneficial to you. Thanks.
