I have a project that I have identified to work on, some of my colleagues are saying that it should be done as a Green Belt however other suggest that it should be done has a Black belt.
How do I decide that a project should be a Green Belt or a Black Belt? Is it the size of the project or people involved or something else?0March 14, 2007 at 8:50 am #153271
