be notified via email.I have taken a position in which I am tasked with implementing a firm’s Six Sigma Program. The program will include leading projects and Green Belt training. What is the standard formula to determine the number of Black Belts and Green Belts a firm should have?

It depends on the size of your project/firm. I don’t think there is a standard formula to determine the number of GBs/BBs required. Whatever makes you think there is a formula for this??
