SchultzParticipant@CharlieInclude @Charlie in your post and this person will
be notified via email.Im going through a Green Belt certification and I need
help deciding to pick a project. I work for a textile
manufacturing company. We make a yield report every
week and we chart the capacity of our batches to hit our
target. For instance the target is 96% and our mean every
week never goes above 94% so we a low Cpk. I was
thincking that trying to hit the target will be a very good
project and will like to have some directions on hoow to
do it.Thanks for the assistance.CDV0June 14, 2006 at 11:23 pm #139139
