Can anyone recommend a consulting firm that could assist with hospital deployment and training. Goal is to work with internal resources to develop standards, templates, and project plan. Secondary goal is to train Sr executives and select individuals to lead various efforts. Please send any recommendations to pcwizz@yahoo.com

    thank you
    Don

Hi, Don. I am in that space. Is there a particular region, firms size you are looking for?

FYI — The initial post/question is three years old.

[Edited to note it’s three years old, not two.–KB]

    Thanks Katie,
It showed up on top of my ‘recent posts’ list oddly enough. Well, if Don’s still looking, he has multiple advisors. Still.
    I appreciate the heads up!

@danjson How odd! Thanks for letting me know. I’ll keep an eye on the forum to see if that’s a recurring issue.

@katiebarry Hi Katie, Hope all is well. I was going to respond to this until I reread everything and how old it is. By now, it is probably a failed deployment like so many in Healthcare LOL. I’m big into pharma and healthcare now and know of its challenges.

    Hi,

    I have couple of thoughts.

1.Don’t just try to save money. Focus on providing quality care.

2.Consult with process owners. They’ll know when it’s time to hit the brakes.

    Cheers.
