    I am a BB who has recognized that my organization is not taking advantage of our GB resources after their initial project/training is completed.
    We initiated SS about three years ago and today we have approximately 700 GB & 42 BB trained.  The GB are not full-time GB, only our BB are.  The GB have a full time job and are expected to take the training, and participate on a project during/after the training.  What I am observing is, after their initial training or project is completed, we do not follow-up to ensure that they are “continuing” to use/share the SS principles learned — in their day-to-day jobs. 
    It is my goal to create a structured GB program that will monitor these resources and continue engagement going forward. Somehow.  My Leadership has said they will support this effort but I need a proposal to give them.
    “Does your organization have a GB program that requires accountability and tracks deliverables for GB on an annual basis?  If so, how do you do it?”   If you have a detailed program, can you PLEASE complete the attached list of questions in Word and forward them back to me?
    THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your assistance.  I hope to borrow some Best practices from you to build my own program within my organization that fits our needs.
    Any feedback you have would be appreciated.  I would also be willing to share what data I have accumulated with others on the same search as I am. Just let me know.
